@@cassac103 it's hit or miss when you go to the Badlands. There's been times when the herds are right up by the road and other times when they are so far off in the distance, you can't even zoom in far enough to get decent film. Also, the males tend to be more solitary. I come across lone males all the time and you can't see another bison around clear out to the horizon. But one thing you can count on in the Badlands is beautiful sunsets! :-)
