"not the nicest thing to have" So 30 odd years ago I sat through having 10 upper teeth root canal treated at the same appointment and, considering that just 2 months beforehand, I was so badly phobic I would have crossed the road sooner than walk past a dentist - I think what I am saying is that our life experiences give each of us a different perspective on what is and isn't the nicest thing - that day was one filled with the most incredible joy you could possibly imagine - even not being sure what was or wasn't my head for the whole day did not spoil the fun. Great video as usual and I look forward to the rest of the series.
I have all on four on the bottom and a full plate on top I just did not have the money to spend on both and at the time was more concerned about the bottom The teeth are beautiful but the fit for both is awful I am not blaming anyone because I do not know what the reason is for The problem Two things I have noticed though once I had the surgery I was told that I would receive a temporary bottom plate and once I was done peeling I would have the permanent one put in that never happened I only received the temporary Secondly there is a gap in the seal on my top this has been so frustrating although I will say it is far better than having a mouthful of disgusting looking teeth I thank God that I was able to get to the point where I could afford what I have now
Hi Dr Gurs! I just had a consultation for all on 4 and I have a class 3 underbite. Initially they suggested that I do maxiofacial surgery to have my lower jaw shortened. Later they called and said it would be possible to correct the underbite with only all on 6 implants. I can't find anything online that addresses this. Is their advice good advice or should I move forward with their initial suggestion? If I don't do the maxiofacial surgery, would all on 6 implants correct the side profile of my face(not necessarily what the inside of my mouth looks like, but the outside when my mouth is shut). I hope to hear from you soon! I would rather have the work done correctly the first time than have more work needed to correct bad advice! Thank you!
Hello Doctor I watch your you tube channel and please allow me to ask you a question :: is 2 dental implants be sufficient enough to have full upper mouth dentures? Thank u
It depends on how it cracks - usually none of those treatments will help... but get it checked out, the crack may not be that bad, and you may be able to save it
There are other options, there are different types of implants, or bone grafting solutions are available. I would say that about 90% of people do have enough bone.
I payed over 55 thousand American. I'm curious and would pay for anything if you could fix the placement and speech. I was told they can't fix it. Please help me?
How would you get a temp wrongly aligned to the point of having to go back for a realignment, and how would that realignment be done please. I find this hard to understand, yes I am already in this position, but you are the one person I have found that explains things in a way I understand, so thank you for that, and despite not being one of your customers, I wish I had found you earlier, and hope you have the empathy to help me despite these facts. Kind regards, Paul.
