We hope you enjoyed this peek into the back end of our business! And if you're thinking about starting your own business, here's a great resource for you:10 Ways Online Businesses Make Money onebighappylife.com/profitplan .
Thanks for sharing the behind the scenes! There so much work that goes into managing your business that is not visible from the outside. Unless of course you have your own business - then you have an idea about how much work and dedication went into someone else's project/business 🙂
Thank you so much for this. We want to start a business together but first, we are doing some research before diving head it. The different roles and knowing who will do what is very important.
Loooove this topic and LOVE that you’ve read Rocket Fuel! ❤️ My mister and I have both been self-employed for several years, both working together and separately. I always hear “that must be so hard”, but it’s honestly harder to NOT work together and constantly be going in different directions.
We love Rocket Fuel! We're lucky that we had already naturally fit into those roles. It's helped us feel more comfortable with accepting that we both serve different roles in the business.--Tasha
Really great deep dive video here! Thanks for sharing this. Seems like you both have very distinct areas of the business but also very important areas to keep the business up and running.
Tasha you look so good!!!!! I know you had mentioned that you were going to start back doing Keto since you’d been seeing weight loss results. I’d love an update video on if you’re still doing Keto and any tips you have on your weight loss journey while juggling IVF.
I loved this look into your business. I started a new video series, Sherród Eats, and I was thinking about outsourcing the video editing for the next season. Would you mind sharing how you found an editor and about how much is costs for whatever length of video?
I am now going to have another meeting with my huaband about our business and not just mine. Maybe mark out some roles and let him also take ownership in it as well. #builttogether
I am skeptical about how successful it might be for my husband and me to work together. We both have our day jobs and he has been pursuing side projects with my help on managing accounting/budgeting/taxes. He is the dreamer and I would be the operations person. You two seem to have a solid understanding of how the other wants to work. Did it take much effort or energy to come together and agree on the direction of the business? I hesitate to get too involved in his side projects knowing he is the creative type who has no interest in creating structure, which is what I think the business needs.
Great video. I entered my email address but didn't receive the information. Can I access it elsewhere? Also looking forward to August master class release this Friday!
