Today, I go over the logistics and the process we use to raise our %100 grass fed steers. We normally raise Black Angus, but we currently have a few British White Parts as well. These steers eat pasture grass in the summer, and hay/alfalfa in the colder months. Our operation is simple, buy steers at 300-500lbs, raise them to roughly 1000lbs, and sell the meat...mmm, cheeseburgers!!
