Thank you so so much for sharing our story and educating folks about the nature-based solutions at our finger tips. Insects leverage millions of years of microbiological evolution to process organic material into healthy protein and fat, add microbial life to agricultural soils, eliminate food waste, decrease agricultural GHG emissions, and decrease reliance on fossil fuel and unsustainable inputs to plant and animal agriculture. Let's work WITH nature, rather than against it :)

Amazing presentation, thank you! so many solutions from realistic production of food, localized supply chains, composting in towns, reverting some food to animal feed...lettuce, greens for pigs, chickens, goats, So many solutions its just getting over this social wall of disconnect with out food and natural resources and ourselves.
