It’s funny how often I hear people say to streamers, “you’re the reason no one plays this game anymore!” after they sink someone (in a multiplayer pirate game, like c’mon, that’s the whole point of the game). When in reality, streamers usually have the exact opposite effect: people see how much fun this game can be and want to try to find some of that fun for themselves! Glad you’re back, my friend!

Finally got PL after a year of playing the game! Just wanna say thank you again, Hitbo! If it wasn't for you motivating me to play the game, I wouldn't be drinking with the Pirate Lord right now!

It's true, and any time this man gets anything stolen from him he will take it out on others with bad language. Let's report these people as we encounter them, use XBOX game bar clip capability and send em in. They need to know it's wrong.
Nothing I love more then the rush that comes with an entire servers worth of loot on board and 4 ships running yours down out of anger and wanting their stuff back

Had a similar situation with angry pirates. I was turning in loot while another ship was at the outpost. They decided to keg me and well that didnt end well for them. Sunk their ship and they yell reporting you as if I started the fight. Made my day.
People who play PVP games and expect to be left alone with PVE are silly people. It's all a part of the game folks.. Learn to deal with pirates like HitboTC instead of trash talking.
No they just dont play the game anymore and the game is dying right now its bleeding players hella fast. I love the PvP but cant get any of my friends to stay on the game because they get rekt.

Dude was SALTY you could tell he was a red neck. That was So much loot I don’t think ive seen a stack like that in awhile. Interestingly enough I had a fight with your friend recently, pretty sure I won but I can’t remember exactly that grind is all a blur.
This man made me love sea of thieves again, was so bored of the game back in season 8, didn’t play again until season 11 when I saw hitbo for the first time
People take this game way to seriously. I’ve had all my stuff stolen and I find it hilarious. Love the content Hitbo. I stream your content while I’m playing and I learn a lot that way.
They are adults and willingly chose to play a pvp game and get upset when they get attacked or ambushed. If your blood pressure is raising over a video game its time to find another game or go do something else entirely lol The fact that people give over the top reactions like this have no one to blame but themselves cause people who are toxic or pvp usually like getting reactions like this cause its both funny and very memorable. Best thing you can do is mute yourself and give absolutely no reaction and move on.
You are making me fall in love with this game after doing the new player sour dance early on. I've now got Voicemod cracking Ron Burgandy clips and I get on just to prank folks (in good fun of course). If you ever see a lame sloop charging your way with Steve Carrell repeatedly screaming...don't be alarmed...it's just me. Followed up by dolphin sounds!
I use to roll with a crew of guys who would server hop for steals. One night we got into a reaper alliance server doing fof. When we got to the fof it was a gally and sloop. We took them out and started loading up loot! Our driver calls out "incoming the rest of the server!" We look up and just see gally and sloop coming this way. 5 boats pissed and full sail coming our way. Cut the story short we ended up killing most of the ships but for a sloop that went around and collected any loot we couldn't and picked up the alliance members. At once point I boarder the sloop with 10 guys on it and ran around while they killed one another it was hilarious
i am youtube person, you will never see me watch a livestream just because there isnt always good stuff happening so i end up losing focus so i just stay on yt and watch shorter videos
About Twitch and RU-vid: You're right, I am a people that refuses to use twitch, because when I mindlessly procrastrinate I want to see gaming stuff AND other things. Using Twitch feels like I am deliberately wasting my time while RU-vid is more coïncidental, and I'm happy to run into the odd stream of yours there.
I hope he and his crew find this video. The fact they didn't check their ship after 2 meteor attacks is wild to me. How do you no check your ship after an attack like that? Wild, guy needs to go play a different game or play safer seas
14:42... I think they are a little mad... lol Clearly those people should not have been playing a pirate game. Man, these people deserved what happened to them. How do you stack that many chest of legends and not think to sell any of them. That's insane. They would have hit grade 5 long ago. Probably even gotten to grade 5 over and over again, had they lowered and raised.
Where are these players in my lobbies thats all I want to know, people in mine just cycle fortresses and voyages and never do anything cool like FOTD or stacking Athena's I'm so jealous
I know this is literally the worst place for it but I need some advice, from anyone who has graduated or “succeeded in life”. How did you do it? More specifically how did you juggle your social life with your educational life? How can I keep in touch with old friends while trying to pursue a dream that I don’t even know yet? I just feel like I will lose connection with my close friends because we are too busy with school and trying to figure out who we are. Me and my friends have just finished middle school and are all going to different high schools, while some of us are going to the same school as other members of our friend group, most of us are split up. And I am worried that we will eventually just stop talking because we are too busy with everything else. Finally, what if I don’t succeed? How do I ensure that I life happily? What can I control in my life? What can’t I control? I just don’t feel prepared for anything.
Wow a lot to break down here. I am going to do my best to give you my thoughts. The most important thing you can do for yourself is to know who you are because the world needs who you were made to be. The world doesn't need a copy of someone else the world needs the real YOU. Sometimes that can take awhile for discovery. When it comes to friends I would say the most important thing to remember is friends are great but family is forever. My closest friendships in life are my brothers and sisters. Now sometimes friends can become family and when that happens its amazing. Last thought for you here is don't be afraid of failure. Success comes from learning from your failures. Never give up and never stop trying. There is a great book called "Failing Forward" that I would highly recommend reading.

the content drought is on them, they are too unimaginitive to have fun in a game, or they are too burnt on it and blaming it on the devs. But honestly how much content do the devs need to create to satisfy people who chose Sea of Thieves for their full time job. I am mad at streamers pooping on SoT, it's a great game and they have thousands a views and influence and they wanna bite the hand that feeds them? They need to grow up.
