Now at 61 this helps me relate to my grand father born 1899, my parents 1926 and 1930. My life.

This was the most real episode for me. Two night before this, (10 - 11 February 1947), my grandfather passed away in his sleep and my Nan and her two children would have had to fend for themselves.

just love this program brings back memories of watching it on those big tv s at school think it should be brought back
