Im still very impressed that a game designed for the PS5 (that still runs on the PS4) is playable on an iPhone. What a wild graphical enhancement we received.

@@WeskerXM96E1 i played the entirety of RE4 on my base first gen PS4, it sounded like a jet engine sometimes and the texture loading is slowed to a crawl but i didnt get any massive frame dips either.

@derekdinh5632 honestly if you can get a pro I'd highly recommend it. I don't notice any noise that I hear so often bugs original Ps4s. I am glad I waited to and just bought a Ps4 Pro as it's not missed a beat, then investing in a 144hrz 65" OLED and I'm a happy camper!

the steamdeck gpu power is roughly 1.6 TFLOP and the iphone gpu is at 1.79 TFLOP. Should definitely be no problem at 30 fps with occasional dips in certain areas

Hey man, super cool experiment! Another cool video idea is using the MagSafe Razer cooler snapped onto the back of a 15 Pro Max, theoretically that would boost fps performance/maintain the performance over longer periods.

I was hesitant about getting the 15 pro max, but seeing what this thing can actually DO is amazing, especially coming from a guy who absolutely loves mobile gaming and emulation etc, this is heaven on earth, I just got the back bone not too long ago definitely might try this out.

how is there not cloud save continuity? thats pretty much the only bummer I've spotted. if you buy the game you then own it on all devices on the ecosystem, correct?

Paired iPhone 15 PM w/updated Backbone controller, absolutely amazing gameplay -while chilling in bed. Played approx 25 min and battery went down to 60% from 90%. Looking forward to more AAA titles.

@user-um3fx2vk8r doubt that. Other android phones have fans and coolers. I'm able to run emulation through samsung dex on my TV while splitscreening IG and RU-vid on my phone with split audio. Usually, it doesn't even heat up at all, but if it does its for a few minutes, then the phone corrects itself.

Bro, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro can take 12 bit colour depth photo when ProRaw turned on. But iPhone 14 Pro and 15 Pro can only take 10 bit colour depth photo when ProRaw turned on. Why ? I don't have an iPhone, so can anyone please let me know if you turn ProRaw in 12 megapixel instead of 48 megapixel, can it take 12 bit photos ? I'm curious about this because, 12-bit = 68 billion colours. But, 10-bit = 1.07 billion colours. That's a huge difference. If iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro cannot take 12 bit photos, that seems to be a huge downgrade !

@@Jwatchdizzledrip3003it's very disappointing that there's so few graphical settings tbh, I was hoping for something as good as RE Village port with 60 and 120 fps options for a more enjoyable experience on ipad and better graphics. I sincerely hope they'll make an update to add more graphics settings

@@Syzmee Written December 20, 2023 Yea it is very disappointing since the graphics settings in Village gave Apple players the choice of specific graphics as an exact copy to the PC version, and it also made it better when you got a more powerful Apple devices for those graphics. It’s a shame as why did they include it in Village as there latest RE if they weren’t in 4R? But I guess it does make sense why they removed them as RE4R is 31GB on Apple and Village even at max graphics was 15.8GB

a powerful chip in the wrong chassis that is not designed for gaming (especially for long term gaming)... Capcom should launch this game to gaming phones like RedMagic and Asus ROG Phones first tbh...

dammn thats a pretty big brain u have got my friend....that is because this game is running on a phone rather than a console with coolling fan ...but stilll phones display is quite small so there shouldnt be too much difference on graphics quality while playing

@@JuanVega-uc1cnandroids more than likely can can, it’s just that Apple and Capcom made a deal of some sort, meaning for the time being they have no reason to optimize RE4R for android devices. At some point in 2013 the OG RE4 was available on android devices and it ran pretty well at the time and for the hardware

It's still funny how people with Iphone don't know we can run PC games on Android using mobox, yet alone Nintendo switch, Ps2,Ps1,Nintendo64,Gamecube,3ds.....and a lot more. Plus if you look at benchmarks SnapDragon gen 3 has 20% more performance than A17Bionic chip. It's like they buy an iPhone for status and to feel good about themselves, ignoring what the competition is doing behind the curtains.
