0:49 Walker and Aryan : ooooo *sounds of disappointment* Leah : *looks over to see them whining*. *throws hands up* OOOO. I just found this part very funny.
Walker literally got revealed as Percy last year and how the hell did he grow that fast?!🥺😭seeing him from promoting with Ryan Reynolds and on the Ellen show he was so tiny omg
Leah is such an adorable introvert ( or probably not an introvert) I sort of kind of relate to her struggle in the video, when its something that I love but dont really remember much, but since this is a percy Jackson series I would jump out in excitement trying to answer the questions😂😂😂
That’s exactly what I’ve been thinking! She’s so adorable and confident-her bold choice of attire and accessories say that-but also very shy in the sense that she’s very quiet. I think she’ll grow into her personality and become more extrovert as the seasons progress.
I may be wrong but this is also her first press tour right? Im really glad the boys encourage her to speak up and get her more comfortable as the interviews progress
Actors were talented. It's not heir fault the movies were terrible. Only problem with then was even them hadn't read the books. Even Riordan said that.
Fun fact: the cabins are the order of the chairs with 2 rows, girls and boys. The girl are even number cabins and Dionysos is also (12) since he’s in the girls row
The fact that Leah, and Arayn thought the old ipod was a phone, and then the answer incorrectly named it as an ipod touch makes me feel so old. It was the ipod classic, and mine is still kicking after 15 years of use 😂
jk i’ve had times where i literally forget something within seconds. i put my phone down then 5 seconds later forget where and go into find my iphone mode
Those kids know the books very well, unfortunately the interviewer does not which is why she was asking stupid things that no one remembers. Shows that she has no idea what the books are about or what the plot was.
Well, she can’t just ask plot questions before the shows out. Tell you what, when the seasons over, I think we’ll get some more informative interviews.
@@Yadi_yadee_yadaa Yep, I also most of the "plot" questions would probably be pretty easy for them to answer, so I kinda like that she asked kind of random questions
I mean, it’d be closer to the ages bcs Logan was supposed to portray a twelve year old boy while Walker would have to portray a fifteen/sixteen boy so I’d let it slide
I'm enjoying the show. But my god, these "kids" are gonna be in their 30's by season 3!! They should have casted much younger!! We only have one season so far and they already look college age!!
“That doesn’t even make sense, he has a wife” oh hunny you’re so wholesome. Welcome to Greek Mythology kid. They all have wives. A few of them actually. Not all human or god either. Does it move? Does it breathe? No? Well thats a-okay because those things aren’t even really requirements. If it exists and theoretically (but not even necessarily) contains a reproductive system of sorts, you’ve got half brothers and sisters that are half god, half whatever it is.
out raged there is an indian kid insteadf of gooing to school and becmoing doctor he is doing natakam what type of nonsense this is doens tven know hre long island is what a shame aryan sibhari - some indian uncle
@@user-slay275Right, I would forget things entirely once I'm asked something and have to answer quickly. I would know what it is, but all of the sudden I forget
I think its absolutely disgusting and hypocritical how fans treated Alexandra Daddario like a piece of s*it for having the wrong hair color in the first PJ and yet this is the "new more accurate casting" If you want to change the casting, fine-- but fans dont be naive a*sholes just because you're afraid of being called "racist" Well I am not afraid to have an opinion I do LIKE the New Percy Jackson series and Walker seems like a great choice but if the whole reason you are RE-MAKING IT is to be MORE ACCURATE this is FAR from accurate
I wasn’t happy with the way Annabeth was portrayed in the movies, but that had nothing to do with the actress' hair colour or even her acting. She just was portrayed more like a warrior than a wise girl and that’s just not how I see Annabeth. Yes, she’s a tough fighter, but that’s not what defines her.
She doesn’t need to know that much about the book. She gets a script and she bases her character off of the script. Also, just because she didn’t do well in the game doesn’t mean she doesn’t know about the books. Secondly, she doesn’t need to look exactly like Annabeth. Rick Riordan, the AUTHOR of Percy Jackson and director of the show chose to cast her. He created her and he chose her to play Annabeth. Rick based her character off of chemistry and her personality. If Rick picked a blonde girl but she didn’t have a good personality that fits with Annabeth, it would ruin the show much more than just based off of her looks.
@@addiee14 All that would be great if she was knocking it out of the park as Annabeth, but she feels nothing like the character. Way too cold. Also it doesn’t really matter that Riordan chose her, he’s never done casting before. Appearance absolutely matters, if you’ve imagined a character looking some way for nearly 2 decades and she ends up looking radically different in the show, it’s likely going to take you right out of it. Notice all the reviewers arn’t going out of their way to say how amazing she’s doing, there’s a reason for that. The problem is they changed the appearance of the ONE character literally everyone had a vivid picture of in their heads. I think Rick absolutely made the decision because he wanted a diverse Annabeth, not because of talent. The quote was “she was quickly the best option.” If she was so quick to “embody Annabeth,” why does she still seem off in the THIRD episode.
@@dronemachine4694 because in the third episode she’s supposed to be cold still. She takes time to warm up to Percy. Everyone is too angry that she LOOKS different like it’s not the end of the world.
@@addiee14 To Percy she’s supposed to be a little cold sure, not all around cold. It’s not the end of the world, but it takes a lot away from the viewing experience. I wish they had casted a “diverse” Percy instead, fits way better.
@@dronemachine4694 Maybe Rick told her to play a little colder or maybe that’s how she wanted to portray Annabeth. The thing about being an actor is you get to be creative with your character. She doesn’t have to be exactly like the books. Also, I think Walker is a great Percy
