No it's not, sadly. I'm a gymnastics coach and that is not a hand stand, plus once you fall, you start the counting over. Also these skills are intermediate, not advanced
I don't know if anyone needed to tell you, but that's not a handstand. That's an elbow stand and you kind of like touched your legs to the ground. You need to have your leg straight like if you didn't know
I did this trend lol When it said how long can you hold a hand stand, i forgot i was in a handstand and ended up chillin in a handstand for abt 2 or 3 mins until i realised it lol
