Thank you so much for your videos. I use only keto bread that has 2 net carbs. Eat 4 to 5 loaves with mutton, daal or vegetable curry. After meals my sugar level goes high between 180 to 270. Then it comes down often to 100 - 125. My question is why it goes so high when I take bread with so low carbs? I take metformin 500 mg once a day after lunch
