Some good tips but there is no need to wear a fragrance to sleep. It's nice to take a break from fragrances and just wear a more natural scent like your body scent. To have a pleasant natural scent, the food you eat has a lot to do with your scent. Eating fresh fruits especially apples and pineapple, foods with lots of fibre and fresh vegetables help enhance your natural scent. Your oral hygiene is an essential part of smelling fresh and that starts with going to your dentist to ensure that your teeth do not have caries and cavities which cause poor smell. To have a pleasant scent buy a really good toothbrush and learn to brush your teeth and whole tongue not just the part of your tongue that you can see. Go deep and clean your tongue. Brush your gum and tongue with a fluoride toothpaste. Then you want to wash your hair with a good shampoo at least twice a week. Wash off products from your hair and don't let products sit in your hair for more than two days because your scalp begins to stink. Then use a high quality conditioner to nourish your hair. This is how you truly ensure that your scent is pleasant. Wash hands properly after meals with soap and cut your nails so you do not trap dirt in them. How about take a break from artificial fragrances and just enjoy your natural clean scent after a deep shower, moisturising and with a natural deodorant or natural body mist made from citrus and coconut water. Why wear artificial fragrances to sleep which isn't necessary for bed time? Winnie you have some really good fragrance collection by the way. Okay I wanted to add some extra helpful tips that Winne didn't. Hope you apply them.

Get you some VANILLA, AMBER, SANDALWOOD, and JASMINE oils....the reason is because the BASE NOTE in most perfume has either one of these scents. And yes, follow the instructions Winnie gave, I'm just suggesting which oils works best, like she said "Be Consistent with the scent".

Folks with low income can also go for body mist within their budget. Body mist like Dear Body is very goood and affordable. Some supermarkets retail from 3500-5000.
