Those videos are nothing else than perfect, straight to the point and no false information. Using yellow dudes as showing target areas etc. is the cherry on top

Back in school in 9th grade, 10th, 1st year during covid, I was able to do that 90° lean holding two tables, was able to do 10 archer pushups, was able to do 100pushups in a row was able to do a L plank, left doing that for a year, lost all strength, now I can't even do 10 solid pushups without falling to the ground, my core is weak can't keep it firm 😢, what has happened to me, does anybody know, I'm 21 now
I started calisthenics 5 months ago, and this is my progress so far. 8 pullups 10s handstand hold Tuck planche to an L sit(5s) I'll get back after I complete a year and see how far i got .
It for sure is amazing, I recommend using rings for pull ups, it's more versatile. I couldn't buy so i made one with rope and a plastic pipe. You just has to cut an part of the pipe A bit bigger than your hand, like 3-5 extra centimeters or something. And then tie the rope like you want to do something not so Good to your well being, put one more with on the side and it's done. I put mine in a three I have in my backyard.

I've been doing calisthenics for 3 years now, and trust me when I say that progress is SLOW (at least for me). I was kinda obese starting out weighing at approximately 90-95kg. I'm at 75-76kg now and my main struggle for a long time was diet. I thought spamming a bunch of sit ups would make me lose the fat but it did not lmao. The biggest take away I can give personally is take PLENTY of rest and don't ever leave out any major exercises (for a long time I left out pull ups cause I had no real way to do them which left me with a REALLY weak back) I started incorporating them more though and can do a solid six pull ups with good form. After I started doing them my posture got better, my shoulders and upper back got stronger and my grip strength improved. So yeah, don't skip out on em lol. Oh and make sure to start slow. Don't do 100 push ups as a starting point cause that'll encourage bad form and injury. Watch videos online about the proper form and technique needed for each movement. I would recommend channels such as Hybrid Calisthenics and FitnessFAQ who are beginner friendly and won't bullshit you. So TLDR; go slow, take your time. Focus on good form and good technique first and foremost. It doesn't matter if you can only do 5 push ups at the moment as long as you keep building off of that and maintain good form.
took me 3 months of doing a few sloppy negative pull-ups almost every day at my playground, to go from a 1.5sec negative pullup to an actual close-grip pullup. So like, no matter how weak you are, you can ALWAYS get there. didn't even get healthier in terms of dieting and shit during that time. only focused on training that specific exercise, cuz thats what i wanted to achieve.
Im doin calisthenics for about year but i wasnt doin it actively until now and i could do in minute about 10 pushups now im doin in half minute around 25
Finally someone who understands what calisthenics can do, i wrote one calisthenics comment somewere and hate started instantly, hate by uninformated idiots
Not lying about the shoulders. I showed my friend thay works out and he’s confused cuz he’s stronger. My shoulder look mad strong and I do, push ups, planks and hand stands m but it’s like there are muscles idk, just look defined and good
