This was the exact video I wanted to watch. I was sitting eating a bag of Mexicano corn chips- tasty salsa- and I wondered to myself, ‘how are corn chips made?’ I Googled and came straight to this video. Thank you for making this.
Maybe the sugars or the starches may be the culprit. The soaking and washing will remove many of both. Also, do you get this reaction merely from raw corn or roasted corn too?
