When it comes to violent crime blacks commit a disproportionate amount so it only stands to reason that black men are going to get a second and third look by a police officer the same as a Muslim wearing a hijab is going to get a second and a third look at an airport. Only someone who ignores this factor would think it's as easy as "stop doing things that attract the police."

No matter what I think of how sterns current show is from what snippets I hear I have to give the hss so much credit for having such a strong stance that oj killed ron & nicole. At that time from what I've heard news people , senators the president refused to condemn him or champion him. They were all afraid of the backlash they would receive from the black community. Obviously I say black bc in polls done it was clear that the vast majority supported oj & it was the flip side in the white polls. People really thought that blacks & whites were much better but after seeing the reactions to the verdict it's made it clear how much further apart relations were. The rodney king thing was more complex than just a black man getting excessively beaten to death almost . Rodney king is soooo lucky that the beating was captured on film. The reason he ran from the cops was bc he was high as a kite & on probation, & he would have went right back to prison for breaking his parole which was not to be in drugs & it was another dui. The man ran from the cops compounding his legal problems more than they were. He was driving like a maniac through sude streets over 120 mph. He is lucky he did not run over a child or an innocent person crossing the street. He never should have been beaten like that. Totally inexcusable. So for him he would have without the tape gone back to prison & would just be another man beaten by the cops. Instead he left the hospital with all charges just erased. The original dui & resisting arrest was totally dropped. The case ironically was done in simi valley which was copland. It's where all the cops lived , so like oj got a biased jury. It was terrible they walked. The people rioting I get it , they were furious. The director john singleton said " this city is about to explode " I always thought if they wanted to riot they should have went to siki valley & burned it down. After that George Bush made sure their was another trial at the federal level where I believe either 2 or 3 out of the 4 officers were convicted. Some legal experts said this was not a federal case but Bush obviously stated he was disgusted by the acts of these officers. So oj should have thanked god for the rodney king riots bc it scared the d.a. gil garcetti so much that he moved the trial to downtown l.a. instead of where it should have been tried , in santa monica. That Santa monica jury would have convicted him & it was truly a jury of ojs peers. Wealthy white people . Things first started changing in many ex fans opinions when Howard started promoting private parts. He was starting to get a big ego about being a movie star. The promotion was constant of course bc he had a radio show of 10 million to 15 million numbers vary depending on his markets. A theory why the movie bombed is his fans got sick of the promotion. The film was made for 25 million plus 15 to 20 in advertisements so it made 40 million which made it break even it should have been made for far less but howard insisted on shooting all in nyc bc of the radio show. If u notice most movies & tv shows avoid at all costs shooting in nyc bc it's so expensive. Most movies will shoot in canada bc of the expense. Howard also on the studios dime got a penthouse apt. So ridiculous since he lived in long island about 30 min away. His excuse was he was too tired to go home even though he had a limo driver to take him. The real reason was he & allison were seperated. He had to hide this bc the movie was a love letter to her ! Theirs a show on yt where allison found a list of things Ralph wrote out that howard needed from the studio. Ralph felt he was soooo important even though howard got hair & make up done by the movie & he hired his hair person from the movie so Ralph was dropped from that job. He & ralph also picked out Tons of wardrobe on their dime so he could keep it. This was a man making 20 million $$ at the time yet he made a lot of unnessecary costs to the studio. An apt in nyc for a year is astronomical. That's ballsy when he had a Mansion 30 min away & that was the whole point of shooting in nyc. Anyway that's the first changes for the worse when the movie underperformed , the director said everyone was telling her it would easily make 100 mill. Anyway his list included condoms & allison flipped out & called in. Howard made Ralph say it was for ralph. Imagine ur a wife & see ur husband requesting condoms when he is shooting a movie & he is not living home? Anyway the divorce bomb dropped in like 99 & their went Howard the family man with kids many related to bc he bragged how he was not like don imus who dropped his wife for a " young trophy wife " then jackie was gone who literally wrote every funny thing he said & this is backed up by many people. Jackie would write jokes on the fly & hand them to howard which the e! Show edited out. That's how Jackie got the job bc he was a guest comedian & ingratiated himself by passing lines to howard so he kept him from wnbc days to when he left in 2000. I can't blame Jackie for wanting more money. I believe he was making like 6 figures & they offered him a raise to 750 grand. Jackie knew howard made 20 million plus he got a huge cut from each new syndicated city. Ok so jackie leaves so Howard's show took a hit in many opinions on top of that billy west had left in 96. So artie starts in late 2000 & the show changed. Many loved artie. Some didnt & left. Then beth o starts getting mentioned constantly how gorgeous she was everyone had to say how hot she was more fans left. He became exactly imus. Leaving his first wife ^ 3 daughters for a much younger blonde " trophy " wife who had no career til howard. He lied about her being some super model in Europe. To this day nobody can find her modeling anywhere but some low budget aimes catalogue. Literally some low budget Walmart catalog I never heard of. So it must have been regional. 80% of the content was artie. Howard literally exploited arties addictions til the wheels came off. By arties last year in 09 he became so belligerent & drugged out he was talked to in may of 09 about stepping all over Howard's interviews. U can tell howard was done with artie that year. His last show tim then coo asked artie to go home bc he was blasted. It's sad to listen to a man just in total free fall from drugs lying he was 300lbs incoherent & sleeping that year. Also getting nasty to everyone as addicts jonesing for a fix do. Tim.called him.to tell him.rehab or else ^ artie attempted suicide which he says wasnt with a lying explanation how he just wanted to sleep by stabbing himself many × with a butcher knife & downing a bottle of bleach. Anyway the show changes again & is worse bc Howard decides not to fill the " jackie chair " with someone else. Many fans left when artie did bc howard by this point had married beth got his Mansion in the Hamptons & decided he wanted to be " the greatest interviewer ever " he made up with many of his old targets started kissing Hollywood's ass in other words a star f 'er. Around 2013 he basically joined a cult called " getting things done " & the author of this book sent this 33 year old grifter named marci turk to show howard how to empty his emails. He thought this was brilliant. I kid u not. Her resume was so shifty she had like 13 jobs over 10 years & hooked in with this cult group. Howard fired his Coo tim.sabean when the man came to howard & asked if he could have time off bc his parents were dying of cancer he fired him on the spot & hired marci who had no radio experience. U should search you tube for " the summit " it's a leaked video that is so embarrassing of howard beating his staff to get him.guests & how he wants to now attract a gay audience ( one he bashed for decades ) if u watch that it explains so much. U also will find a couple anti stern podcasts that do breakdowns of his recent shows I don't know if i want to say the names of these podcasts bc howard & his minions are aware of them & have gotten them kicked off or certain videos taken down. The most recent shows they reviewed or so awful & the topics he talks about are revolting. Hes obsessed with mens body fluids & if they are thick or dribble. I kid u not. He discussed with king of all blacks sniffing underwear I almost threw up. He at 67 still obsessively talks about hs & all the black kids who beat him up. Truth is he spent only 1 year at roosevelt hs & his parents moved to an all white neighborhood his last 3 years of hs. Now he goes on & on about how h2 was targeted by polish kids who bat him up bc he ess Jewish. He pretends this was at the all black school & lies by only talking about roosevelt. H3 also constantly talks about how his dad did not love him which is a lie & infuriating bc he is so lucky to still have his parents who are close to 100. His kids dont speak to him. His daughter had a baby last summer & he still has not mentioned it which is so bizarre. He & robin sound like two geriatrics they discuss toothpaste & he discusses wiping & his " doody " Beth seems to be losing it bc she obsessively posts pics of herself with cats on instagram . Literally one pic had cat poop cat afterbirth & cat puke all over a blanket. I have not listened to a show in 12 years but these podcasts do & I learn everything I've said there. Hope I helped. Lol
