Hey Brandon, I came across your videos a few months back and was most impressed. So much so, that I am taking a dab at trying my own single person videos. One thought I wanted to express was the small amount of views, you make very difficult productions and I am suprised they don't get the attention that other video receive. I have a lot to learn but wanted to drop you a line to say "Thanks"
going to visit BC mid July just to do this hike.. going to make short and sweet.. any thoughts on this route during that time or, anyone wants to do this on the same date?
We hiked Howe Sound Crest Trail with kids and overnight backpacks 6.5 years ago camping just before the Magnesia Meadows campsite. We also scrambled Brunswick false summit on the way back, which was much fun. IMO camping along HSCT and bagging nearby peaks is more rewarding then a long day hike. The best incredible views are at sunset and sunrise for sure.
The world needs a masterclass about skills to set up rigs and sliders and whatnot for iPhones to get watchable footage with nice composition. Blackmagic is for master professionals; an iPhone to get watchable footage is for the masses.
