This is truly the best way to rig.

I'm not sure but this method seems higher friction than the 3 carabiner method, so I think it mistreats webbing more

@@davidwarren719 No, the rig parts will be catapulted in the direction of the pull. Anchoring last metal part on every side is at a place. Same applies to any system in tension created with ratchet, pulleys etc...

You simply pull the inner strands out of the biners sideways - this will release the tension.

Why use a clove hitch instead of another linelock?

because it needs less gear - but the option with another linelock is also possible of course
