Can I check with you are the little white pads that the print heads rest above (seen at 21:42seconds) meant to be hard? I have just cleaned everything and worried they might have hardened with age and are originally soft? Also thanks for the video it was really helpful

Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer. • Check that the Trailing Cable is not damaged. • Check that the Trailing Cable is correctly connected to the Carriage PCA, Interconnect PCA and Main PCA. • Replace the Carriage PCA

Can someone please tell me what tool is used at 3:50 to undo the 2 screws that hold the service station to the carriage rod. I have tried with a hex allen key, but they will not undo, they are very tight it seems. I have a Z5200, but I assume the screws are the same. Please help, thanks.

@@wideformathelpwfh7192 Hi, just wanted to let you know I managed to remove the 2 screws. They were very tight but I used a T8 Allen key and managed to do it.

Thanks for the most helpful video. Solved most of my problems but one: I had to completely disassemble the service station and now am unable to find anything on how to reinstall all the tubes. Does anyone have any schematics for this or any idea where I could find some (designjet t790 btw). Thanks in advance

Well, this video fixed my service station error, but I now have a mysterious paper jam error where there was none before. I’m ready to throw this thing away :(
@@wideformathelpwfh7192 the paper jam error happens once the carriage runs both ways and comes down and stops over the service station then you here two clicks from the middle of the printer and then nothing and then the error pops up.

Sorry to be late to answer System Error 02.1:10 The printer has detected a possible fault relating to the Carriage PCA. (The carriage PCA contains electronics that control how and when the ink is dropped from each printhead. ... Turn the printer ON and see if the error has gone. If it has gone then you could have a faulty printhead. Also you have to check the trailing Cable
