Thanks a lot for showing the pump function. I used that. Moreover, blowing air at printhead hole solved my problem. I did not opened it and didn't washed it. Just put two drops of liquid ( watery) sanitizer and blowed little air with the help of balloon blower. Now, my hp 310 is working well. Previously, no black prints were coming out. Thanks.
Thank you! I had both Print head error light flashing. I cleaned, reprimed (with orange thing) and reset with the panel keys. Now all is working. Thank you so much. My printer does not even have 300 pages print, so, I know it is not because it is old. Nothing else worked from HP or other sites (cleaning heads, poweroff, panel reset etc) Your sequence worked for me :)

Friend your video help me to realize how to purge ink system because hoses had no ink, I also add ink to cartridges because they were very very ink low and finally I reset printer because I had the same issue like yours, with printer on I PRESSED AND HOLD POWER BUTTON; PRESSED AND RELEASE STOP BUTTON 4 TIMES, THEN I PRESSED AND RELEASE COLOR INK BUTTON AND THAT'S IT !! ERROR GONE ! Now my printer is working perfect.
Casi 20 minutos sin darse cuenta que no bajo el seguro de los cartuchos, no solucionó el problema, y recomendó al final comprar cabezal nuevo... Y aún así, subieron el vídeo.
voy a dar mi solución para ese error es cambiar el carril completo donde van los cabezales ya que ese error es debido a un corto en el mismo y mientras no sea cambiado así le pongas nuevos no lo aceptara por mas que lo reinicies
The error is for the tri-color cartridge . Cleaning the black one will not help at all. This seems to be an issue with these HP printers. It makes me avoid HP printers completely.

I bought the same printer and I didn't do the page alignment at first so how to do it? When i turn it on it displays 0 how do i make it display P so i can print a page alignment?
May I ask help to anyone of you sir, I have an HP Ink tank wireless 415 but the problem is it cannot print properly, the colored print are not printing, just the color "pink" alone. Black and white print are not also working. Please somebody help me.
