HP laptop Caps lock blinking motherboard hardware 

You can fix some HP blinking laptop, but the laptop in this video is not, it need a replacement of motherboard, as you can see the components have burnt out.
HP made a tricky function of this blinking indicator, it let us think it is simple problem.
Hold power button for 15-20 seconds, in some cases, it can fix it, of course you have to unplug the power lead and unplug the battery as well.
