The problem is that this (hp LaserJet MFP 138 FNW) printer is that it involves the job roller in paper fuser assemblies. when the paper is attached to the printer in such a way that it can't be removed in any way, then the paper shows jam and is not printed . this problem can also be caused by fuser assembly if the fuser assembly is not hit properly.
