Thank you for posting this, it was extremely helpful, however unnecessarily long. In order to get more positive comments, I'm providing some feedback to help you and others who view the video after me. The reason I looked for this video was because my printing was blurry and and there were blank blotches on my print jobs. Content starts at 1:40, which is way too long. I'd remove the content prior to that and recommend using different music instead of EDM or no music at all. If you don't want to talk on your video, then I'd recommend a text graphic overlay with written instructions. It's hard to see the 2 pieces on either side of the printer that you popped out with the screw driver. I figured it out and set them aside. At 3:38, provide written graphic instructions on the type of cloth you used to clean the transfer belt. I assumed lint free cloth, however, since I didn't have one, I used Windex Electronic Wipes, which worked well, however, you have to make sure each section dries before you roll the transfer belt forward with your fingers. You rolled the belt forward and wiped it down until 8:54. That's over 5 minutes of watching you roll the transfer belt and clean it. I'd fast forward through this portion on your video. As I rolled my belt forward, I found the culprit that was making the blank blotches on my print job - a label that was stuck to the transfer belt! I started to try to peel it off with my fingernail, but then stopped because I didn't want to poke a hole in the transfer belt. I found a small plastic tool with a flat edge that was in my computer tool kit. I wet the tip with a little bit of water and gently pushed on the label while it was against the roller (so as to not poke through the belt) and it came right off. I was able to remove the entire label this way. I continued to clean the rest of the transfer belt. There are small white squares on the right hand edge of the transfer belt. I marked one of the squares with a red star so that I knew when I had cleaned the entire belt. You'll notice as you clean the belt and it goes around more than once, it will continue to pick up residue, which is why I made the red star mark so I knew when I completed cleaning the whole belt. At 10:16, you pop the pieces back in, however, it was hard to figure out how to do it. I finally figured it out in 5 minutes. It would help to have text graphic instructions here as well. You have to put the piece back in with the tab facing toward you and slide it into the notch, then push on the opposite end and it pops back in. This video could be 3:00 instead of 13:37. However, it did help me with fixing my printer so I didn't have to buy a new one and waste a whole set of OEM cartridges. Thanks so much!

Amazing, I was about to sell off my printer extremely cheap thinking that I couldnt get the stripes that were printing covering my printed pages and after following this video I was able to save it. Thank you so very much for posting this. I love my printer and I had so many extra ink I was dreading selling it.

Copies on my LaserJet 200 were coming out with just black streaks...thanks for the fix. It took less than 5 minutes to complete the simple task after watching the 14 minute video. Thanks Again!

Thank you for the video. It would be nice to know what type of rag you're using. Is is wet/dry? Is it a cotton cloth? Dry paper towel? Lysol wet wipe?

I absolutely love the music, I would have watched it even if it was longer, very relaxing. This video is exactly what I was looking for, thank you so much! However my belt would not move so I am not sure how to fix this.

A couple of points - the clips that looked easily removed were not, took a bit of force and they pinged off in the end, went back on a lot easier. I had issues with black marks down the side of the documents doing this did help it but not completely resolve it. I just used kitchen towel, I wonder if I needed some sort of cleaner on it? The belt was difficult to move at first and had to be fairly forceful with it. it did get easier after moving it a few times.

Hello Sir, i have HP m277dw, and i see black line from top to bottom towards 1/4 on the right side, i opened up the back and saw a roller a greenish spongy roller that has a line about the same place 1/4 on the right side, i think it is the 2nd transfer roller? but i can not remove the line it seem it is embedded into the roller. can i replace this roller my self?

Please skip the irritating music and the first two minutes, which do nothing towards helping getting the transfer belt out. Picking up the pace would raise your like score.
