I will never buy another HP laptop again. I had no idea that it was this hard to remove a battery. Dell laptops are much easier.

if this problem appeared after reassembly and during disassembly you had removed LCD cable, problem could be that it doesn't inserted correctly

What a Load of Caca . Won't buy Hp. Never in mind life a process that is so easy be so complicated . What are we doing. Water proofing laptops too.
