I have 19 volts on AD+ but nothing on DC_IN_R could this be a charge cable problem?

Hi. I have same problem but laptop turns on when i replugged the charging pin and if i don't replugged , its lights keep flashing. Laptop is without battery. Any solution??

9 times out of 10 its just the Cmos battery undervolting below 3v. Your better off just replacing the flat coin battery since the battery is probably 6 years old by now. If your Multi Meter reads the batter below 3v replace it. otherwise its probably the capacitor like in the video.

Hi i have 5 models like this one..3 of them give video and all voltage present..But just before it loads the Windows OS it shuts off and reboot..Tried troubleshooting and no hope. The other 2 as soon as you plug it in it auto restarts and reboot loops continuously ..the power jack Led and Power Leds just keeps blinking none stop...I tried flashing there bios but still no hope.This is a very troublesome model..

I ve Hp 440 G2 Probook, my laptop was working fine a couple of days ago but when I plugin the adaptor or connect the battery, the power button and Caps lock light starts glowing ( not blinking) and the DC jack led keeps on blinking slowly .
