What about parts availability when sometime cpu doesn't not work? Is is easily available because my all in one pc is not working and its mother board part is not available 😭
To open the disk tray you simply hit the button on the front (if computer is powered on) OR insert a straightened paperclip into the small hole next to the button on the disk tray to press the manual release. In order to remove the faceplate from the tower, you need to take the main side cover off the tower, manually open the disk tray, and then unhook the wires on the back of the disk drive. After that, there’s a large green lever on the back side of the disk drive (inside the PC); use that to release the disk drive from its slot. The cd drive and disk tray go through the faceplate, so in order to remove the faceplate you also need to take the cd drive out. Hope this helps.
