HP Spectre 360 no power on battery (Battery check and replacement) 

The problem with the unit is that it won't power on without an adapter. The internal battery is unable to power on the unit alone.
Upon checking, the internal battery is bulging and unable to hold a charge.
Fixed it by replacing the battery.
