@@abcdefgh6121 correct and also not every games support dlss. There is a video on RU-vid where there is detailed comparison between 1660ti vs 3050 and in all games 1660ti had greater fps than 3050. Although not very much high than 3050 but slightly higher. I have experienced 1660ti in my acer predator and it's really good. Only bad thing its gtx not rtx .
Guys if you are confused about the thermals then Rtx 3060 vairant has a side air vent which doesn't come with other variants. That vent is used to throw a lot of heat that doesn't make laptop even reach 90 degrees in RDR2.
This laptop is a gaming laptop but it is more like a combo of productivity as well as gaming because it has a slim design and MS office lifetime and the keyboard is also really good.The battery life is also good as compared to other gaming laptops.The base variant 1650 is sufficient for a content creator and it has a powerful CPU.The thermals are high but it has a good cooling system like that of omen then why bother.I believe for productivity as well as for video editing upto 4k the base variant is more than enough.I am not a gamer and gaming is not in my list and the don't consider screen wobbling as a con.Every screen wobbles a bit if you try to wobble it.Just think about it

Correct bro i went to hp store even he said some bad things about victus and he said i think it is going to be a failure series by hp ,and see no hp shop is having victus only online and reliance ,, He said main problem was heating thats why he return all the pieces .He was having some pieces but out of 10, 6 has problem, so he return all .
Commendable , to be honest it was informative and entertaining (rare for a review). But since i am watching you from a long period i hoped a little more technical reviews from you. I am certain you can learn (or probably already know) how to test screen color accuracy / response time. Plus if you can test the laptop with different and better tim (like kryonaught , if feasible ) would be better to understand the problem (the design or the tim) most of the time IHS pressure makes a huge difference in heat dissipation. plus u can check the cooling solution whether it covers vrm and components cooling properly or not ( if u r interested u can even check power delivery and make a informed decision on internal quality). i hope to see u go bigger than anyone on the platform...try hard and i will help u as much i can do.. keep up the good work.
i am really confused for purchasing a laptop. My choices are were like MSI GF63 this RTX 3050, MSI bravo R7 amd 6500M and HP Victus R5 5600H RTX 3050. Which shall i purchase?
I've bought hp victus 15 version, fb0050ax model, which has 144hz display in 63k from the local market. It is so optimized, cpu temp stays under 85°c...and it doesn't wobble like the previous 16inch variant. I think this is value for money.
bro i have the rx5500m variant victus and it's running superbly. And as far as the cpu temperature is concerned, i'll recommend you to go to power settings and limit the cpu usage to 99% from 100% and also keep your thermal fan speed to maximum power in the omen gaming hub and it'll lower your gaming temperature by 10-20 degress(guaranteed). i did the same thing and now my laptop doesn't go beyond 70 degrees even while gaming for 3-4 hours. i simply love this laptop and this rx5500m variant is totally worth it under 60K. if someone is considering to buy this variant then i'll definitely recommend you to buy the victus laptop and i can guarantee that you're not gonna regret buying it
@@rakesh0759 F15 has i5 10300h 4cores and 8 threads and 1650 Hp Victus has ryzen 5 5600h 6cores and 8threads and 5500m/1650 Here 5600h is far better than 10300h cuz it has more cores and threads. And about gpu rx 5500m gives 30% better perf than 1650 . Hop u understand what I want To say 🙂
@@xyzayush0 got it for 77k at croma. Wish I went for Rog strix or zephyrus instead cuz a15's screen sucks and screen bleeding is such a problem as a person who has ocd. And the performance is really good but the benchmark scores aren't as high as what these youtubers show in videos.

I bought rtx 3060 model, I was also concerned about those small fan vents. But even after playing control on max possible settings for hours temperatures never crossed 80° C. That additional vent on 3060 model works really good. Possible ho to uska bhi review karna, it's a really good machine.
Its kind of wierd that it is reaching higher temperatures now, after winter is started. Also omen app shows low temperatures but middle portion of keyboard gets quiet hot even from the beginning.
@@anixxx2 bro i have hp victus ryzen 5 5600h GTX 1650 but while i play red dead redemtpion 2 cpu temperature goes 101 C and dont go below 98 C while playing on low
@@Aditya-lr4mv I guess you need to boost cooling on the AC to control that. I also faced high temperatures earlier while playing warzone but it doesn't happens now as warzone 2 is less demanding game.
specially came here to write this, I have the RX5500M version bought 2 weeks ago, got it fo for 59k. Heating: I think you have recieved some faulty unit or you should try to keep it on something else. 2:19 , I think that these are air intakes and blocking it (by keeping it on flat surface will block airflow), causing heating issues. I played forza horizon 4(demo😔) on full settings (2 hours) and the temp never crossed 75 degree, kept it on cooling pad(it was off). fps were 40-60. or maybe it has to do with different graphic card card. CPU temp were never above 65. wobbling: to the third person it seems wobbling and fragile but to the user it is unobservable. It should do fine if you dont drop it or use roughly. I use for web development, android development, augmented reality stuff and it does fine. will update if any issue arises, for this price (59k) i think it is worth it.
thermals on ryzen 7 rtx 3050ti are quite good. I have been using for almost a week now, lowering the graphics will help to maintain temps under 85 degrees.
For me during cinebench test it hit 86 degree and I used ryzen controller and limited temp to 80 degree and now it is always cool and no performance drop

@@zalman5686 u get 16gb ram I5 10500h (6core 12threads) 1660ti 6gb vram(better that 3050) Display is same as others Keyboard is good Only con is its overheating (vents are not directly above fans so it hurts thermal) although thermals capable hai. Underclocking karna padega iske liye. Performance effect nahi hoga.

There is nothing like having a high refresh rate monitor if you play on high framerate. In my experience, locking fps to 60fps actually shutter. But if you gonna play like 100-150fps om 60hz monitor, I am gonna telling you guyz it will be an amazing experience, thats because of lower latency in hardware communication. For further improving experience, take an high refresh rate. My opinion was that you dont always need an high hz monitor to enjoy higher fps. In competitive games, it matters, but as im viewpoint of experience, you will gonna impress, especially if you play games on potato
Bro, if I'm buying a rig that's capable of running games at 160 FPS, surely I have would only go for 144Hz refresh rate screen. Agar 60Hz me hi chalana hai to 3050 kyu, 11th gen intel ka integrated GPU hi kaafi hai ya phir MX 350 ya MX 250 hi kaafi hai. Aur bhai 100-150fps on 60Hz monitor is not amazing. It's like telling Usain Bolt to sprint in a marathon. Hardware to screen lower latency hoga, par tu to screen dekh raha hoga na, thujhe high FPS ka kuch feel nhi hoga, th n what's the point of getting high FPS.
@@karthik_m_ram i only meant to those who are highly obsessed with the screen refresh rate. I have never said anything about 60fps. What i say is that you are not limited to play games according to hz. Even playing more than 60fps in hz is very smooth and enjoyable because of the fact of low latency. Yes, higher refresh rate will gonna give you advantage especially in competitive games. If you have high end pc, you can try out by limiting the hz and fps, then only hz and you find the difference

Laptop ye mujhe bahut accha laga lekin mere pass already ASUS TUF 4800h + 1660Ti, hai to aur kucch years doosra laptop ki koi jaroorat nahi hai. Victus mein screen flex ka issue theek nahi kiya HP walon ne, HP ka normal business laptop mein ye screen issue nahi hai. Bus lid par kucch weight ya laptop ko books ke saath bag mein rakhna problem ho sakta hai.
