First check all coli impedance,next check to 3.3 volt ,5 volt,1 volt and also 1.8 volt in dso for pure dc than next check ac ok and ac dect voltage and than rtc vcc and aslo rtc rest signal and lastly check kbc rest in dso i thik eshipa pbm fix ho jayaga

It's hard diagnosis without genius knowledge and schematics.. but i think, could be find a clue with the measuring impedance of those coils.. the reason is there have power consuming indications..

Charging light not glowing.. That is indicated something related to charging ic and sio.. First check 19v first MOSFET ans second MOSFET gate voltage should be 25v is thare or not.if its ok sio re programe
