Finally got some fittings I was waiting on to finish off the fuel system, so got that done and couldn’t wait to see if it would fire up. Got some oil pressure up, reconnected the plugs and it fired straight up.
Not for long though, something is keeping it from running more than a few seconds. I’m thinking it’s the old VATS in the pcm that's giving me grief.
