More than 30 days notice period is biggest scam, a company having 90 days notice period wants immediate joiner 😢

There should be laws against companies setting a 90 day notice period. It seems like companies have deliberately designed this to prevent employees from leaving when they want.

HRs are clever now a days, they know certain company has a 90 days notice period, then how will they believe if we say 30 days and negotiable.

Hello Ma'am... My HR is not giving me relieving letter early. She told me it's takes 45-60 days when Fnf is done. But my new company wants me to join within 15 days with relieving letter from previous company. What should I do?

I've 15 days NP left and have multiple offers but haven't yet decided the company to join yet but TCS is asking for new company to transfer PF or to withdraw. So how to transfer PF fund? I don't want to withdraw
