OK so i just watched gigers film doc on NETFLIX and was am blown away never knowing who the genius was i now do and am in awe ( TO SAY THE LEAST) what a super excentric man who was loved by the the two wonderful woman who shared and cared for giger till death what an awe inspireing man he was .To go visit his museum is on top of my bucket list far more than anything.The wonderfully made chairs are exquisite id love to have one at my computer to sit in.He was an amazeing sad being who was much respected and loved by all who had the pleasure of knowing loveing him.Im going to barnes and noble to buy one if not two of the books he was signing ALIEN people paying homege to this man crying as they meet and greet people getting his works tattoed on themselves.I myself love this art deco noir world in which he was so immeresed in and love all his wonderfullly creative genius cant say enough about mr. Giger. rip sir and blew me away that the Death metal heavy metal bands are well loved by the man and his art, and i see his good friend from the band ? forgot their name itll come too me but wow he will be missed by millions and id also would love a bar here in las vegas where it would be more then welcomed rip giger......................( CELTIC FROST),the band member who was a friend a dear friend of mr, giger nice to see giger cared for and treated him as family.............
Were on vacation in Switzerland in 2022 and paid a visit to Gruyères. The Giger Museum and the bar are simply indescribable. You have to see that for yourself.
Love it. After a fantastic experience in the Giger museum i stepped across the cobblestone street to the bar and had a Nostromo cocktail and a Facehugger shot. Gruyeres is such a cool little town. It was a great day.
