My machine just arrived, unfortunately, when I tried to test it pressing the pedal, it only turns on the red dot, but doesn't trigger the laser which should react with the pigment. Do you know what might be happening?

@@LOVERcallofduty I'm getting professional removal and with sessions monthly it's taken about 18 months to get about 50% fading. It's definitely a long painful process not something you can just do once or a few times.
