HRPM Projects: The 2007 Ford Falcon BF XR6 resto series - In this episode,
we look modifying the existing factory headlights to have a projector so we can use HID Globes! - WHY? aftermarket options are usually ~$600+ however for a fraction of the cost and while using the factory quality OEM headlight we can achieve a decent result! enjoy!

Hi, I hope you see this message, Did you have to rotate the projectors lenses inside the housing the ensure you had a horizontal beam? Or does the washer with that tiny key and locking nut ensure the beam is horizontal?

it was my first attempt, i was going in with limited confidence..haha. I will be attempting a different setup later on with different projectors with halo rings etc.. - thank you for watching :)

Hey mate how’d you go about getting the projector to stick in there? Does it slide thru the original hole or do you have to glue it or something? Cheers

The back of the projector has threads and you use the nut supplied to bolt it in there.

@@j82199 no you cannot install them upside down. you dont connect the additional wires that opens the flap - the falcon headlight already has a manual knob adjuster.
