HRTC कंडक्टर को 1900 ग्रेड पे मतलब चपड़ासी के बराबर वेतन मिलता है। और रविवार की छूट्टी भी नहीं मिलती भाई। ड्यूटी भी 12 घण्टे बिना ओवर टाइम

First of all, I greet you with❤❤❤ love,❤❤❤ after that the way you serve the social public through the hrtc department is a matter of pride and praise for Himachal Pradesh and you lead the team of hrtc management system through the department. Your decency, greatness and dedication is visible. After that, my first question to you is that how come you are not able to give the pay scales of your employees and old pensioners on time, despite the way the HRTC department earns a profit of Rs 1.30 CR per month including the state or central government. Why does the department suffer a loss of 5 to 10 CR per month? According to quarter revenue, this figure leads to a loss of approximately 1.20 CR every year. How will you be able to compensate for this? Second, my question is regarding Bharat stage 7, if the central government implements BS 7 emissions, then how much loss will the state government incur on the old 3090 buses and how much loss will the state government have to bear on the old financial management system and economic management system. After that, firstly, how much will the state government have to spend on its new electrical buses, secondly, the HRTC department, which had built its empire earlier, will have to start it again from the ground level or else it will start it on a larger scale. If you start at a small level, then how will you be able to convert small villages, small towns, small routes and long city routes of Himachal Pradesh into parallel ones due to less buses. If you start on a large scale, due to having more buses, the state or central government will incur a debt of millions of rupees. Yes, if we talk about automotive industrialists, then new hybrid technology or EV buses will get a new innovation, opportunity and success. My final question to you is that with the abolition of diesel buses, the diesel cost may reduce but with the introduction of electrical buses or hybrid technology, the bank financing costs of the state government or central government will increase by Rs 35 to 40 lakh per bus, which is multiple million rupees for 3090 buses. ड्राइवर कंडक्टर की पगार सब राज्यों से ज्यादा है ऐसा बोलने से नहीं होता ऑन पेपर बात करोगे तो अन्य राज्यों से एचआरटीसी फील्ड स्टाफ की पगार बहुत कम है

भाई अपने बोहत अच्छा किया जो interview लिया HRTC MD का पर माना ये है कि अगर आपको HRTC के बारे मे जाना है तो कभी किसी field के कर्मचारी का interview लो किसी का भी कोई यूनियन प्रधान नही न कोई और पद अधिकारी फील्ड मे काम करने वाले किसी का भी मैं खुद का नही बोलता आप किसी को भी ले जाओ तब पता चलेगा आपको असलियत क्या है और लोग भी मानेंगे आपको की आपने कुछ काम किया है

To avoid breakdown in hrtc buses and increase the quality of bus mechanical service and equipment, workshops should be given to private companies, because they have good machine and govt can easily audit quality of service from them.

HRTC ki buses as compare to haryana roadways kitni ghatiya comfortable hai wo bhi dekho long rout par halat khrab ho jati hai. Speed bhi kam hai. Main haryana main job karta hun waha ke log HRTC main kabhi travel nahi karte kyonki buses 80 se uper jati nahi hai.

Kabhi yeh bhi discuss kr lete k jogindernagar se le k dharamshala tak kitne depot khol rkhe woh kharcha ni hai kabhi yeh bhi discuss kr lete kitne depot hai and kitne RM rkhe huye hai jinki salary 1lakh + hai

Why are pensioners not being paid pensions on time? People who devoted 30+ years of the life to this organization. Employees are made to literally beg for their retirement funds.

Why hrtc buses are decorated excessively . They look very cheap . We cannot differentiate between government and private buses. Government buses should look uniform. MD should ban such unnecessary aftermarket customisations .

एक बार आप ले लीजिए आपको सब लग जाएगा कितनी सैलरी कितना काम कैसा काम क्या काम कोन क्या करता कोन क्या करता है किस को किस चीज की जरूरत है किसी किस चीज की नही है
