You didn't take your pouches off because the tacos are a bitch to get on...this is also my preferred belt...all hsgi pouches and a g-code as well...great video sir

I have tried different battle belts; had problems with keeping them in place. I think I will try one of these.

Thanks, I try to keep it as slim as possible. Pistol mag on each side, two rifles on primary side, one rifle on secondary, IFAK and holster is how I run mine. Although at some point I want to change out that bungee pouch with something else, it does not work well with the 74 mags....

No sagging, that plastic insert is what makes or breaks belts. Having something rigid keeps stuff in place. My Tactical Tailor FL did not have that, and in this setup it sagged.

i use the "tacos" one for my ak mags ...i absolutely agree with your set up ideas..

Nice review - very informative. I just cant get over the price... I hate to be like that and i'm typically not but $65 and it doesn't even include the belt... After the belt it would be AT LEAST $100, more realistically $130 if you were to get an appropriate belt. I think i'd rather spend the money on something like a PC and that would allow me to add armor later on and offer much more versatility. Now, I know the battle belt does offer some advantages over the PC but I can't imagine the pros justify the cost - but WTH do I know, i'm just some dude. Thanks again for the review - it surely helped me in my decision making process, now if only i could decide damn it! Something I have been really eyeing is the Costa leg rig... Me likes that A LOT... kinda pricey (IK there I go again...) but it seems like it would make a damn good light weight scout carrier, and for a civvie, I cant imagine needing/surviving a situation where I need more than three rifle mags quickly accessible. Obviously if expecting a fight i'd like to load 10 mags.. but then again, if expecting a fight, i'd like to personally be riding in an M1117 behind a company of Green Berets with close air support and only after having the grounds blasted by artillery for a month prior.

Yea, I like the tactical tailor FL M4 pouches, they work well with 74 mags. I can get it out of the bungee one, just is not "high speed"..lmao
