हरियाणा कर्मचारी चयन आयोग का ग्रुप सी के 15,755 पदों पर नई भर्ती के लिए कैंडिडेट शॉर्टलिस्ट करने का फॉर्मूला विवादों में घिरने लगा है। असल में आयोग ने समान शैक्षणिक योग्यता के लिए कैंडिडेट्स की शॉर्टलिस्टिंग अंकों के बजाय पदों के हिसाब से करने की योजना बनाई है। शॉर्टलिस्टिंग का ये वही तरीका है, जिसे पंजाब एंड हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट खारिज कर चुका है।

Actually, the Commission has planned to shortlist the candidates for the same educational qualification on the basis of posts instead of marks. This is the same method of shortlisting, which has been rejected by the Punjab and Haryana High Court. In such a situation, if the Commission follows this formula, then if the matter reaches the court, the entire recruitment may become a hindrance.
