Masterful. Thank you. I'm not going to replace my screen, but this was super helpful look inside the device. This was my first HTC and I was not impressed with it. but good going on your repair of something that wasn't designed to be very serviceable.

I've had this phone for almost a year. After 5 weeks the glue failed on the back cover and I super glued that bitch back on and it still wouldn't stay ans this is will a case in the ohone. Now the shiny back is almost all gone and completely clear. I need to replace the battery now too because it shit the bed a few days ago.

Hello, I was wondering once you have the back glass panel removed and when you begin to reassemble and put the back glass on, how well does it stick back on? Would the back glass not come off easily seeing as though the seal has been removed holding it down?
