Am not nitpicking, but the interviewer addressing a uniformed officer as 'Abhilash' or 'Tomy' is inappropriate and disrespectful. He earned his rank and the uniform he is wearing commands respect which is above casual salutations. Address him as Commander Abhilash or even Commander Tomy
