It's pretty bad, but the rest of her artifacts give her a solid build that I don't really have any complaints about, so I've long-since shifted my focus to building up other characters who ARE still lacking
I'm not sure. Bennett isn't usually needed on Hu Tao teams because she already has such a massive attack buff already, especially when you have Staff of Homa on her. But this specific team also gives so much damage bonus to her, so I'd imagine it'd be somewhat comparable until you factor in the resistance shred Xilonen provides. So Xilonen is most likely better, but I haven't tested it or ran any calcs.
I always play the entire game in english. The english dub is absolutely fantastic, and all the voice actors do an incredible job. There's a few issues here and there, but it's mostly in the scripting/localization from fundamental language differences that still remain in the subtitles in other languages.
