Hua Hua is the most versatile artist in my heart. His style is so unique and diversification. This song is so energetic and inspiring. Definitely one of my favorite although I love every song of him. Thank you for your reaction with a nice rap.
Just because getting drunk is an almost totally negative word in the English speaking world doesn't mean it is so perceived in other cultures. There are many factors that could have contributed to the seemingly "strange expressions" in lyrics. Translation is one, and in most cases, it's due to the cultural differences. Since ancient times, "be as drunk as one wish" is associated with poet making and a care free attitude in Chinese literature. Right or wrong, alcohol abuse is perceived as much less of a problem in China with an average consumption rate significantly lower than that in Europe and North America. I think the translators will find your comment about translation accuracy very disheartening when you attribute the problem of some apparently hard to understand lyrics to them. They don't necessarily have a direct voice to clarify and it's quite unfair to them especially given that you don't have a basis to judge where the problems could have come from. If you could consult the communities before making a comment like that, I think it would be better. Still appreciate your reactions. Please keep on doing them. Thanks.

Some translations own differences, the Chinese literature owns many expressions and some people translate the expressions of literal form and of course does not have how to keep the same sense, in the song "Qi tian- equal to heaven" I saw already a english version (not the official in video here) where the expressions did much more heartfelt than another, probably because the translator needed to do alterations in the expressions so that the sentence reached the same sense in the translated language.
Drunk as i wish. I read a comment about it explaining its not drunk on liquer. More like drunk on life. Anyhow, thats what i got out of it. But youre right, a lot gets lost in translation
@@SuperMars0207 the translation on "drunk as I wish" could be drunk on alcohol, drunk with life as this comment said, drunk on/with love. I don't know the Chinese word they translated to drunk but I suppose what Mace meant was drunk on alcohol does not fit well with New World. Some translations are perplexing to Chinese-illiterate readers so indeed lost in translation occurs.
