Hi, thanks for the comment and you're right; however there's lots of pros and cons to giving detailed locations, and the cons outweigh the pros unfortunately...but I'll do better to give more location info in future vids, cheers 🙏🏼
I don't want to be cheeky, that's very important for an owner. You don't want to be the milk cow without rights. What fees... what happens in the event of inflation... can be increased arbitrarily... what in the event of bankruptcy if the sponsorship... additionally taxation of foreigners...?
Nice homes and I also bought a similar one in Aria. But what I don’t like about these homes are the architecture that basically eliminates any look of a real house. It’s all back garden and patio with no real front facade to speak of. It annoyed me so much I bought another home to live in that actually looks like a house, and now I rent my Aria home out full time.
