I tested out this sit/stand desk frame and it was reasonably easy to install given you are handy with assembling furniture. I prefer to use a drill bit and drill pilot holes as opposed to drill the screws without one. The instructions did not require pilot holes.
The desk was able to go up and down within 12 seconds to my desired sit and stand position, additional height changes may take a little longer but you get the idea how fast it is. It also took slightly longer at 16 seconds when the desktop is nearly fully loaded at 260lbs.
