I am using honor band 5 and huawei health app. I recently changed my mobile phone and now 20 days of my walking record is missing. Is there a way to retrieve that data?
No, happened to me too when I wanted to delete the app due to the incompetence of huawei, and I lost 1 month of workout data, I stopped wearing these crap watches
Apparently you have to have a smart band and then pair it with your phone. Unfortunately I don't have a smart band and didn't know that. It only records my walking.
I m not able to set gender and date of birth ...in profile section I m able to set weight and height....but when i tap on gender and dob it does not select Help
if it not displaying in the list of the app, please update the app if available. If still it is not available please the the website for the support which app should be used in phone.
Worst app. Here in the U.S.A. watchfaces isn't on the app. They say you have to have a Huawei Chinese account to be able to have access to watchface on the app. This is ridiculous.
@@deebzeal8204 Yeah...want to give the watch to someone overseas. It's useless here in the states and so do other Huawei products because of stupid politics.
@@deebzeal8204 No they're not. Trump started a stupid beef with Huawei so only few developed countries are affected. I know USA and Canada are among the countries you can't fully enjoy huawei products. I actually have two huawei smart watches and both I can't install custom watch faces on it. We used to have huawei products here in stores but Trump put a ban on huawei products.
