I have problems with this smart meter. It has large errors at low powers, due to (I think) the 100A current transducer, with accuracy class 1 (even 1.5). If the coefficient of the transducer could be set, the conductor through which the current passes could be passed through it 5 times, to bring it into the range of 20A, which for 3kW would be sufficient. Has anyone had accuracy issues? If so, how did you solve them? Or how can we change the constant of the current transducer (obviously, somehow entering the smart meter's software)?
Why is this in your training video showing port 3 and 4 ,,in training video its saying need to be in same port as battery communication cables…this is extremely poor and confusing for us,, i wasted days to get it working..and still dosnt..
Hi, If you have SUN2000 L1 not (L) try to connect to pin 3 and 4 on inverter not 1 and 2 as per SUN2000 L model. Should be checked also if the address set in the inverter is equal to the one set on the DDSU666, and also check 8n1 baud 3 (9600?!).
