This is the stock length barrel , although i would love a short barrel version . And my accuracy has improved now with plenty of time and lead. This gun is a pin driver. It's still my favorite.
@@Boom.Strike .253/4 is recommended for the K1, not sure yet if it's also the best size for the GK1. In my K1 the .251 slides up and down in the mag when i move the gun up and down, but that's not the case with your GK1? If the slug stays in place then it should be a good size.
252 is best but difficult to find. 253 next best slug size. Final thoughts this gun mag was designed for pellets. Fox hybrids because of the flared skirt. Amazing gun
Excellent video! Really good accuracy, even with a seemingly steady wind with some gusts. Have you tested the accuracy at a 4.5 to 5k psi fill? Interesting the slugs proved less accurate. What was the distance of the pumpkins & fruit on a stick? Please keep the videos coming!
Thanks. I seem to get less fps at a higher fill pressure, mine peeks around the 3600psi. Thats why i only half fill. It was a little windy at times, im sure i could do better. The apples and grapes where at 25 yards shot from the bag rest.
@@Boom.Strike Did the .249 fit loose in the mag or kind of snug already? With my K1 .25 i need .253 or .254. Everything below that is too loose/inaccurate.
@@HarolddespuiThanks for that feedback on the .254s, I just noticed that both the Altaros ATP slugs for Hubens/Leishy and Nielsens for the Leishy recommend .254 diameter. I just ordered some 38.5 gr .254 hollow points from Nielsen Specificalty Ammo, we’ll see how those do.
No background check, no waiting, very cheap ammo, backyard friendly (with a supressor), felons can have one. Airguns have come a long way nowadays. They are fun to shoot.
I shoot mine in 22 cal in basement to practice precision pistol. You can turn velocity down from 400 fps to 1060 fps. Pellets are .06 cents per round. Accuracy is about the same. No hearing protection needed at low velocity. Trigger is excellent under 1lb. Back yard friendly and if you add a suppressor you can turn gun up. Still no ear protection.
@@mikejoseph8392 I don't intend to shoot it while driving. If you mean registration, neither did my H&R999. Still can't convince me. I can shoot .22 CB caps across the living room, but why?
