I lost the brake pedal driving around the paddock. I think my off-road experience jostled some air bubbles loose in the slave cylinders!

Awesome Steve. When the guy put the hub together 20+ years ago, he had a leftover piece. "Ah, no worries this is not something critical". Ha!

Pretty intense off-road driving expression on your face. Looked like a white knuckling event. Excellent technique for careful removal of the bearing seal...very funny. Interesting the seal was so difficult to install. I enjoyed a few good laughs on this one. Thanks Steve!

“Carefully prise” is one of those dread-inducing phrases throughout old British instruction manuals. The opposite end of the scale is the delightfully vague “nip it up.” Thanks for the great episode and ride in your Land Rover!

By the way, this episode demonstrates the need for a variety of bearing and seal prising and installation tools, which may appear to be junk or garbage to those unacquainted with British cars.

OK, finally caught up. I was pretty far behind on my Steve’s Garage Show! You approach seal installation like I do, always thinking I can just finesse it in but ultimately resulting to violence. Miss you guys and Willow!

So how i get the oil seal out of the rotors is pull outside bearing put nut back on snatch rotor off the bearing and seal will be left behind takes less than 30 sec hope this will save u alot of time for the other side if the nut wont go tru the center of rotor get a brass punch and knock the bearing out on the table and a block of wood for clearance hope this makes sense !!

I'll try that in 20 years when I take it off again!
