Sorry that it happened to you, hope it doesn't happen again in the future. I've heard so many stories that Target In-store, there were pcs stolen from the albums. Also some people when they order, they return the physical album back because they only wanted the pcs and then target restocks those pc-less albums back into their inventory

This happened to me multiple times I ordered from them online. That’s why I’d rather buy in store, but the sales online are always so tempting.

this reminds me of the time where an ex-friend of mine and went to a target near her place and this was during neo zone era and when we walked to the music section every single album was opened along with a few other groups that was there like SuperM and TXT along with a few BTS albums that were untouched. I just think it's ghetto how people steal photocards and just dip

I am so sorry this happened. At both my local targets, this is how our K-pop section is.. when I got someone to ask for a discount for the open ones, they told me by store policy they couldn't be sold and threw out all the ones that were open. So yeah I don't think alot of employees care or know that they aren't allowed to resell or sell an item that is considered damaged since a lot don't tell that their is more than a cd in it. It is sadly a double-edged sword we have been fighting Target with.. I just really hope they take it seriously. Last week, they threw out 20 Blackpink albums on the shelf since idk how, but people opened them. I refused to pay the full price for any album that is missing content. It stinks that they are thrown out instead of discounted if you don't inform someone...
