I mean, he couldn't even see the lando's body in electrical when the body was on top of him, so seeing Josh vent as soon as he came in was not really surprising if he didn't see it cause remember these guys have crewmate vision on x0.5 I think that's not enough to see Josh come out a vent anyway.
