Yes olive oil should be kept in a dark bottle to limit light exposure. Same with juice and things with vitamin C in them. Also fermented/brewed stuff. Like beer, kombucha, cider.

Great reactions to new things desired ... and oh ... when those boxes are delivered ... just waiting to be opened. Mortar is the bowl & pestle is the little club used to grind & press ... very useful. Salt cellars work for personal & cooking use but wondering about having guests sticking fingers in there ... maybe a spoon or regular shakers for gatherings. Olive oil contains chlorophyll which reacts to light. Both light & heat affect shelf life. Cool, not refrigerated but away from heat sources., & protected from light like an opaque bottle. I made it that far but I kind of, sort of, refuse to use emojis - Just maintaining my personal boundaries. LOL!
