I don’t know about that brand in particular (bersha or whatever it is) but at Clarks if you don’t have a receipt but do have a bank statement or other proof of purchase you should be able to return it

you could probably fix that zip! might be a bit fiddly but you need to pull the tab bit right down and try to thread the other side of teeth back through the tab!

I ended up getting a pinafore in Primark which looks very similar to the one that you got in H&M and I love it I also have a red and a dark green in it and they're so so comfy and flattering on me (I also have bigger hips)

i have a really similar problem with jeans but i've found that the zara jeans fit me really well and they're only 25 - 30 pounds! I would definitely recommend them xx

for the zip there are some clothes repair places which can repair them (i think decently priced too)

Black trousers, yes, with a nice pair of comfy heels. A nice top, that leather jacket, bag, and jewelry will make those trousers a fantastic and easy 'going out' outfit, OR for when you need to be business-smart/professional, again, with heels and a nice top you've got a winner. The red? Eeeehhhh... I think you already know you won't wear them, but the black trousers work great as a wardrobe staple. Frankly I love the dark blue skinnies but I'm a jeans girl myself. Those make your arse look fantastic😝 This haul is giving me so many throwbacks to my childhood/younger teen years. I'm almost double your age Eve, but I really enjoy watching your videos. I've come back into studying recently to learn a new skill for a career (legal transcript proofreading, so it's a lot of grammar memorization since my job is finding the grammatical, spelling, and formatting errors and punctuating a transcript to make it readable), so watching you and Jade has been really helpful. I kind of fell off the wagon with my coursework recently due to illness, but I need to get back into it hardcore, and it's really motivating and helpful to watch people who love learning. Random q: do you have a desk lamp for uni? Also are the beds fixed or can you move your bed? If you can move it, I recommend bed risers. You'll get a craptonne of storage space under your bed by raising it even half a foot off the ground. I used breezeblocks in college, and they were super cheap and worked perfectly. Sorry this is an ADHD mess, it's just come to me now after watching this, because I watched your uni haul the other day, and I couldn't remember things I found useful, and things I ended up packing back home bc I didn't have a use/room for. Oh, get a multiple USB port. It'll save you so much space, and you won't be constantly fiddling with your chargers and plugs. It can sit on your desk and keep everything organized. Again, this comment is a mess, so sorry for that, it's all stuff that's just come to me. Meant to say congrats on Oxford as well! ❤xx

i got a similar burgundy skirt from stradivarius but it doesn’t have a zip it buttons down all the way. not sure if they still have it but they have ones that button down all the way in primark x
